Volkovitsky tower

Previously, this building was a windmill next to the estate of the same name. There is a version that has not found confirmation that the tower was built by the Novgorodians to send a signal from it about the approach of the enemy from the north. Today the tower is surrounded by a cottage village. Nobody looks after her and the small adjoining territory. If you visit, it is better to pass through. Personally, I was not particularly impressed with the tower.

The ruins of a stone mill. Only the walls remained. You can get inside. I wouldn't come here specially. But being nearby, I think it's worth visiting and seeing.

The peculiarity of the tower is that it is more than 300 years old. The tower is almost destroyed.
