Administrative building with an area of ​​413.5 m². Dacha Mesmakher (Yellow Dacha) in Shuvalov Park. The "yellow dacha" for lawyer Georg Mesmacher was built by his brother, apxitect Maximilian Mesmacher. It is a two-story wooden building with turrets, bay windows and spiers, with the owner's initials and the numbers "1902" on the facade. During the Soviet years, people lived there. Now it is an architectural monument of regional importance.

The dacha is in absolutely poor condition, half of the house has already collapsed. It is sad that the "protected architectural object" is protected, not preserved. You can't officially approach the house, there are signs, but we came from the rear and saw the signs only when we left. The cottage is undoubtedly very beautiful, it is a pity that soon only ruins will remain.
