Private teretory, think that par of it can be nice place for business: smal restaurant with BBQ and music. In summer many people walking around and don't see the beautiful garden whit apple trees and smiling owner's, because they aren't work for it.

There was a very nice park with lawns and paths. After reconstruction, beautiful "embankments" and good paths were made and trees were planted. But they did not even think about those who walk in it: there is only one approach without a ladder, a huge number of ladders appeared along the paths, it is impossible to walk with wheelchairs, now dirt roads are trampled along the stairs, pensioners normally do not walk. Now winter has come and it became clear that if earlier it was a super comfortable place where everyone rode a cheesecake, plots and sledges, now there are a couple of empty and gentle slopes, since for the sake of stairs they changed the landscape and raised places for paths. Generally spent a lot of money and time to ruin a wonderful place. If you are a healthy adult under 60 without a stroller, then it is very beautiful and you can still walk.

The park has been transformed thanks to the local authorities. But, as always, everything is done "in Russian". The paths are laid somehow, after the rain they immediately become limp. In the evening there is no illumination, the park is not lit. Cleaning is carried out rarely, and in winter they stopped altogether. In general, a good deal, but not completely trusted.
