I recommend coming to look at your head in the evening hours, then it looks especially unusual and realistic. In bad weather or after rains, it is worth putting on good shoes, the roads here turn into mud very quickly.

It seems to me that this is one of the most striking sights of Peterhof. One of the most mysterious places where more questions arise than answers. Not in a dense forest, but in a manor park there is a huge head and no one knows for sure. Who is the author? When was it carved? Brought her to this place or used the stone lying here? Why do we need a technological hole on the bridge of the nose? Why does one half of the face look so bad (destroyed or not finished)? or maybe she went underground and there is a sequel? And most importantly, why is she here?
