Here, among other things, there is a reception office of the labor inspectorate, where during reception hours you can get advice on a labor dispute. There is also a house church at the palace in the name of the icon of the Mother of God, "All Who Sorrow Joy." On the second floor, in the corridor on the right side of the main staircase, there is a cafe and a clerical shop, in the same wing there are male and female toilets. The assembly hall is small and rather cramped, as a rule, various trade union and departmental celebrations are held here. Parking near the Labor Palace is difficult.
