Deserves more attention! Just a small block of memorial doesn't do justice to the grief the young girl went through

Well. Just a museum not much to mention

And not to say that I liked it. Just a memory of a heroic deed. I wanted to see where this little man lived. So many lives and unfulfilled hopes ... and what we see now.

I don’t know how to evaluate memory and pain in points ... Here, apparently, some other measure is needed. War is scary. It is especially scary when she gets an equal share for the children. And also - when the approach of starvation is somehow monstrous, paradoxically combined with such beauty around ... Neva, sphinxes, the embankment overlooking Isaac and the Admiralty, old houses, porticos, stucco molding - and these pages ... the child’s diligent hand: "Leka died ... mother died ... she was left alone ..." EVERLASTING MEMORY

It’s great and wonderful that there are reminders to descendants of the Great Patriotic War and how this city overcame the blockade !!!
