House Merchant Evseveva

Built in 1812 by the project of architect G.Kh. Paulsen. In the early 1840s, the music critic and writer V. F. Odoyevsky lived in this house, acting as a popularizer of Russian folk music and creative work of M. I. Glinka. VF Odoyevsky visited creative evenings with prominent cultural and art figures of the time: M. Yu. Lermontov, M. I. Glinka, V. A. Zhukovsky, I. A. Krylov, V. G. Belinsky, Hungarian composer Franz Liszt.
