Very valuable and interesting monument. But the condition is terrible! How can you mutilate the facade with bright colors, terrible tires, terrible extensions. The fountain is just like Disney. Neither taste nor respect for heritage. I especially want to note the terrible state of the adjacent extensions of the same time. Everything is falling apart, not even mothballed. Bricks are stolen.

Well, there is nothing unusual at all. Just a big house, unlike the Russian buildings. But beautiful, no doubt.
