Now I know what the phrase "submarine in the steppes of Ukraine" means. :) A commemorative plaque on the starboard side tells the history of the boat from the moment of construction to its decommissioning. If desired and skill, you can climb onto the deck. They say they sometimes conduct excursions inside the boat, but I was out of luck.

There were no impressions about the submarine, but the park-museum of military equipment nearby is interesting.
