Lovely place, hard to get by but worthy of every step you take. If you're a negotiator, you can try going through quarry zone instead of hiking through forest

It's just an old quarry that's flooded with water. The color of the water from the saltpeter used for blasting operations. It is generally undesirable for children to be there, i.e. there is no shallow bottom - just depth. Above, there is an active quarry with blasting operations. If someone likes the post-apocalyptic urban landscape, then yes, the place is "lovely". And photographs with woody vegetation along the banks are not from there. Everything is naked there - just a wound on the body of the Earth.
