Terrifying place, the ostrich had missing skin down to the scalp, the single eagle has been banging against the small cage he was in to the point of bleeding, the bear that is the size of a small car was in a cage 2 sq metres bigger than him, he was pacing covered in his own urine, many animals's water trays were shallow and looked like they have not been refreshed in a month, especially the birds. All the animals had small cages fit only for temporary boarding, not permanent living. Horrifying experience, I pray that there's some hope for a better zoo to keep the animals than in these feces and urine covered small places. Disgusting and sad.

I loved the entire trip to Russia and this place was alright. The animals unlike in the U.S are in small cages and in poor conditions, but the one of the pros is that you get to see them from very close, unlike in the U.S where sometimes you don't even get to see the animals in the enclosure.
