Every thing is excellent More than expected Close to haram

Hotel and location is good, Reception/ car parking Staff are not cooperative. Only water bottled were there no tea, sugar, milk/ creamer. Room is not cleaned (found cockroaches' in electric kettle and fridge area). Small insects in bathroom drainage. Not recommended at all.

It was nice but over decorated and staff wasn't good in ambiance Visited after two years Beds aren't comfortable House keeping has been improved Lady sitting on reception don't even know how to greet guests, I found her rude, bell man wasn't there to carry my luggage. House keeping has been improved and breakfast menu is improved Nobody came after multiple calls to carry my luggage at the end I carried my own luggage for check out Not recommended

One of the largest hotel closest to the prophet muhammad mosque in Madinah, it hosted Ivory Coast's Pilgrims for the past 5-6 years. I have been here multiple times, great hotel great services.
