Excellent location, elevator is very crowded, and so late check in it was after 4 pm. On the other hand the room was perfect clean, modern and neat. They sent a fresh fruits as welcoming dish and this was really nice.
Great place to stay 👌🏻. Strategic location as it's near to The Prophet's Mosque.
Housekeeping's not on time tho. I left my room in the morning about 0730hrs, came back to my at 1345hrs, room was still not cleaned.
Hope your team can improve your services.
Perfect location but rooms are very small. Make sure you choose rooms correctly at this hotel otherwise everything is good. Cleaners are very good and helpful and always on time to clean rooms. Will definitely use again but with a bigger room tho.
