Extremely satisfied with the service. The room condition is very good. I usually don't like carpets because of dusts but they have carpets on the floor but I didn't sneeze nor cough. They maintain the room condition good. The food is delicious. The diner open for 24 hours as Tea Bar. We can get lots of snacks at any time while staying this hotel. All the staff are really kind. They all really care their guests. Thanks. We really enjoyed staying your hotel.

Not much of a view, but the hotel and rooms are very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Service was great. The highlight of this hotel has to be the hot tub and the 24-hour cafe, which is free for guests. Would definitely consider this hotel again if I were to return.

Love this hotel! Great services and amenities. Theres a coffee bar available 24hrs, and it offers more than just coffee and snacks. There are hot soups and food, fruits, milk, fruit teas etc and there is even service during the midnight. The coffee bar is spacious and quiet, perfect for jet lags!

Superb hotel in Kaohsiung. I've been returning back each time i visit the city. Rooms are great, super clean, loved the hospitality from the hotel staff. They have a 24hrs tea bar if you're staying late and want to snack.

Lovely hotel. But not family friendly.
