great experience here with the thoughtful supports from all staffs, including the security lady at the front desk! They were able to spot an error of my application ahead before submitting them out. On top of that, they even tried to come up with solutions and frequently checked my documents before the second submission. Irene, one of the staffs was super supportive with great warmness when I was panicked with the situation. And kindly looked through my documents again at my second time submission. I will not be able to get the visa in time without their help! Big thank you!
