Appointments are a must! I called in advance to get our driver's licence certified, was informed to bring an Australian credit card for payment, was not informed to make an appointment. We travelled from Kaohsiung and only had two hours window for this. We were lucky to get an appointment in time, otherwise it would be a waste of time and effort.
