Friendly and efficient service. He accepted my international license and spoke English. Great experience and right next to the train station, so it’s very convenient. I would suggest renting from them!

Everyone was so nice and made renting a scooter in Hualien so much easier. He went out of his way to help us navigate around the gorge and Hualien. He gave us tips for driving the gorge and cool spots to stop. It was a very reasonable price and an excellent scooter. He accepts international drivers license which was really nice. Definitely will be using Taroko Motorcycle Rental in the future when returning to Hualien!

I would highly recommend this place. The owner speaks English, but above that, is quite kind, honest, and up-front about his prices and what's included in them. In addition, he was willing to spend time explaining the nuances of driving in Taiwan for someone new to the country.nnMy friend and I were worried about our heavy luggage, so he allowed us to leave our luggage at his place until check-in time, when he called us a cab and explained our situation to the driver.nnI will definitely return to this business next time I visit. Just make sure you exit the WEST entrance of the station; if you go out the east side, you have to walk ALL the way around :P
