French Office in Taipei

Had a very bad experience here, front desk's attitude makes you feel no respect nor dignity at all. I see many people experienced the same. For someone handling visa, this lady makes a bad first impression to France for people who wants to live in France.

Highly incompetent and unprofessional. The female staff at the Visa Office seems to lack effective communication skills, and does not seem to know how to handle challenging circumstances surrounding the visa application. She was very condescending and deflects genuine visa inquiries and issues with redundant and rude remarks that offers no proper explanation of how one should proceed with the visa application if there is an issue with it. Quite frankly, this experience itself discourages me from going to France at all. Disappointing and honestly, avoidable and unnecessary.

Per Feb 21, will move to Taipei 101.
