Baimiweng Fort

Nice sea view and historical landscape!

You can take the 301 bus from Keelung downtown until the last stop then you’ll have to walk up hill for around 10 minutes. Baimiweng fort offers amazing views, from one side you can admire the ocean and from the other, the busy port of Keelung. It was a strategic place to protect the city from invaders. It’s a great photo spot. There’s a playground nearby where kids can have fun.

Worth visiting, for me it was super windy day...

Good historical site. Place is quiet and ideal for people wanting to get away for a few. Staircase up the mountain is a little bit steep, so must be careful.
