Inside you get a coupon depending on your question (as before) and wait until your number is displayed on the board. Everyone is crowded in the lobby where 101-102 offices are. Frankly speaking, quarantine compliance is a bad grade, half of the masks are lowered, the employees walked around without masks at all (maybe they had been ill already). Сейчас, в карантин сложно и посетителям и сотрудникам соцслужб. За два часа решила свой вопрос...Однако не жарко уже в тени и многие замерзли. Соцсотрудники терпеливые, как то справляются. Но не все выдерживают. Не понимаю, почему нельзя все решить по эл.почте в виде сканкопий, телефонных переговоров, и мессенджеров... По результату на 3.03.2021, заявление на социальную помощь можно отправить по почте с уведомлением! Благодарю, за упрощение процедуры...
