Master Konoval Viktor Viktorovich could not competently perform the work of dismantling the heat meter for subsequent verification of the application, citing the inconvenience of access to the meter, without having the appropriate tool. He behaved rudely, expressed unreasonable claims against the customer, had a not pleasant smell, which had to be weathered from the apartment for a long time. Masters go to the dwelling of people, and not to a cattle farm. At the same time, the preliminary cost of the work performed is quite high. We do not recommend such a wizard, please take appropriate administrative measures.
