The rude attitude to the residents on the part of the chief engineer. I wanted to turn off the water, took it and turned it off. It is not a gentleman's business to communicate with the people. And where did he bring it to us? He will receive a salary from our contributions !!! Bought an apartment in a new building, which is subordinated to the so-called ZhEK. It's terrible. It is impossible to conclude the contract with regional power, the house wasn't handed over on balance. Documents for the apartment were not issued. Space tariffs, namely the price of electricity is inflated from 1.68 to 2.86. People received 4-6 thousand receipts just for light. For the house 340 UAH. it is unclear why, as the work is not carried out at all by the ZhEK.

ZHEK NOT EVEN SCREAMS TO REPAIR !!!! This is generally how this can be ???? As a result, people in the apartments are simply lakes, the water is ankle-deep, the walls in the apartments are half a meter from the floor are wet, the MOLDING began to grow at the entrance Are you there at all in your mind ?? The house is not even populated yet! But how is it necessary to knock down money from people, draw up a fake protocol of a meeting with tenants, saying that everyone is satisfied with the clearly overpriced rate of 9 hryvnias, so this is two times! Residents called the head of the housing office to a meeting to substantiate the tariff of 9 hryvnias (although in the rest of the LCD people pay one and a half times less), they agreed to meet, people came, and the head of the housing office did not even appear !!!
