Career counseling by phone consists of 1 question: "Well, did you find a job?". When I called the city number to clarify the monthly multiplicity of unemployment benefits and its amount, I heard a "chic" comment: "How much did you want? Do you know the formula for calculating benefits?". I wish no one to face such a "service".

The institution is currently under quarantine. Entrance to the room in masks and only a few minutes before the appointed time in the coupon (if you come in advance, you will wait on the street). At the entrance sits a woman who measures everyone's temperature and checks whether the mask is worn on the face. She can also be consulted. In my opinion, she is a bit rude (maybe I thought I didn't know). It is inconvenient to register / register for the first time: 1) you come, fill in the application, stuff it in the box; 2) after a while you are called and questioned about the data and it turns out that it was necessary to attach certain documents to the application; 3) you need to go back again and throw them in the box. I also had a problem with what kind of certificate / copy of the order is required of me. On the phone, one woman says "bring a CERTIFICATE", and on the fact of service at a specialist at the table - in general, another document - "bring a COPY OF THE ORDER." If the previous place of work is in another city and the first version of the certificate has already been sent by mail, then it is not very convenient for you to apply to them again for a new document. It would be better for all employees to have the same information, rather than chasing different docks several times.

In terms of assistance with employment, not the best option. Get a job yourself - they will appropriate this merit for themselves (for statistics, that they work). They offer everything in a row from what suits the last position in the work book. Inspectors and other employees - how lucky. There are adequate and understanding ones, but there is - I won’t talk about the bad, but the most “benevolent” are included in the so-called commission.
