This office is offering services related to Passport Making, Temporary and Permanent Posvidka Making. This office also offers preparation of insurance. This office is located at the end of the corridor on 3rd floor of the Kyiv Shopping Mall. Office is neat and clean and staff is very cooperative by all means. All applicants are dealt in sequence and order as per their category of application. This office works 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday and 9 am to 1pm on Saturday. Sunday is off. Till date (14/12/2019) total service charges for Temporary Residence Permit are approximately 2000 uah. There is a kids play area for babies as well.

Since they do not answer, you need to go live, although it would be easier to solve all the questions in advance by phone, and not waste time and money just to consult in advance.

I had a very positive experience with this Passport Service. The staff is friendly, professionally competent and willing to help. Issues are resolved immediately - the client is not sent to the hairdresser across the street to make a photocopy or rewrite the application by hand, as in a similar government agency in Poltava, and employees call in problematic cases with the relevant institutions! Scanned, photocopied on site, applications are filled out by an employee of the center who knows what and where to write, or helps to fill in without errors and traumatic experiences. People are not shouted at :-), but treated friendly, smiling, there is an opportunity to leave the child on the playground, there is free water and good Wi-Fi. The institution is crystal clear and bright, the service is fast, there are almost no queues. They work until the last minute - I picked up the document 5 minutes before closing - without the problems, strange looks and comments that I often came across in a similar government agency. The documents she drew up came before the deadline. Keep it up, very grateful for such a service!
