I will start from the advantages: the passport (the replacement on the ID card at the age of 25/45) came on time, there were no problems with issuance. On this pluses are over. Next on minuses: 1) There are no terminals or cash desks to pay for services. The nearest branch of the bank, where you can pay, 1-1,5 km from the LCA. If you came on a Saturday, then get ready to go / go further. If you come to your time in the electronic queue, then most likely you will lose your place in the queue (well, or you have come somewhere in an hour or two and have time to run in a non-bank bank to pay for the service). If you do not have time to pay the receipt to the time specified in your ticket e-card, then you become a live queue. 2) Personnel (in particular, young girls working there) behave very much. Impressions are such that you have something to blame for them, and they'll do a huge service to you "from Barsky Plech" to arrange your passport. There was also little opportunity to use the services of the Darnytsky DMS and the Holosiyivsky Central Laboratory in Kyiv, and the staff there was exceptionally friendly, adequate and pleasant. 3) Not critical, but still negative. You come to issue a passport, respectively - you will be photographed. But the mirrors are not there to check at least whether you look decent. You just sit on a chair and take pictures. Again, for comparison - when you make a passport in the Kiev DMS, there is a mirror in the office, you can put yourself in order. because that's the same photo you will not be a month! Moreover, the employee will ask you to use the mirror before taking pictures.

Payment term no. Employees on a computer are in a hurry for 7 minutes, after I took an electronic queue I arrived on time I was told that they were asking, there was no one at 37 minutes and I was at 10.30. I told them that I arrived on time and they told me that we had Kiev (wrong) time on our computer. And we can not change it. When they went to the Internet and looked at the time they were wrong ... They said we can not do anything (nonsense) waited 40 minutes. The question is why this electronic line ...

Far from stopping course. The staff is friendly, they do not get tired of answering the same questions to people, explain if it's not clear to whom, only this applies to more adult employees of this service, young girls who work here behave somewhat arrogantly, although they work simply to issue passports, and the woman who makes out everything and fotka-sincere simple man. And for free now you will not get a passport for at least an urgent one, although for an ordinary one you will have to pay, naturally for an urgent one, and there is not a bank nearby, so either you have to pay the requisites for payment or calculate the time until the turn that you can pay to pay

Scheduled for the registration of a passport through an electronic queue. Comes with all the documents but without a receipt, came in advance. I wanted to get the requisites, pay and come at the scheduled time but had to wait for the queue to find out the requisites. There are no terminals, cash desks and conveniences in the department in the form of at least chairs. The repairs are now underway, all sorts of cabinets and other furniture there are just below the walls, which does not add convenience or space and without that limited.
