Without really understanding, he asked for the documents and went to check them, without even 5 minutes he returned and said that they would write out a fine, because before that they were not there. As a result, he sat in his car writing out a fine for 15-20 minutes, incorrectly indicating the car number in the fine. And he sent the documents to us to his colleague, he himself stayed in the car without coming back to us. The funny thing is that while they were waiting for their documents, a similar violation was committed by 7 more cars, and only 3 of them were stopped. Where is justice?
