Меняю тут внутренний паспорт на основе свидетельства о браке. 1-Пришлось приходить 6 раз, всегда им не хватает какого то перевода ,печати и ТД.В итоге после 10дней,был отказ. 2-Собрала все нужные им документы с апостилем ,как хотели.Подала документы ещё раз.Сказали все хорошо, подходят!Попросили оплатить их услуги ещё раз,хотя квитанция об оплате с прошлого раза была.Оплатила 420грн. 3-После мне сказали что сделают возврат средств и вернут мне деньги,но их так и не вернули. 4-Пообещали сделать без очереди,прошло 5 дней ,а статус ,,проверяют информацию,, И это срочный паспорт?! Уважаемый паспортный сервис,относитесь к работе серьезнее,я теряю из за вас деньги и время.Ваши работники некомпетентны.

I made out a passport - an ID card, from an expired one in the form of a blue book. The queue was small, it waited no more than 10 minutes, all the papers were issued in 5-7 minutes along with payment. Payment terminals accept cash and cards, including contactless payments. Did an urgent one - they promised to do it in 10 working days. And so it happened, but the catch is that 10 working days excluding Saturday, i.e. from Mon-Fri. On the right day, SMS came closer to 18:00, so I took it the next day (11th day). Upon receipt, there was a queue of 2-3 people. I was after a girl who was not given a passport on time: I was detained for 1-2 days - she had a small conflict because of this with the worker "outside the window". I was given a passport - everything is fine + they gave me a guarantee for recovery after the loss for a year. Then, in an amicable way, you need to go to the CNAP for a piece of paper about registration, because there is no such piece of paper for the ID and not all organizations can read the information from the ID, therefore it is needed separately. Everyone was polite with me, they explained the misunderstandings normally. They have a very good interior, there is a place to sit)

Very decent service. Clearly, quickly, they explain very politely at the reception, there is a representative near the payment terminal who helps to quickly pay everything. The passport was issued in 7-10 minutes, documents were submitted on Friday, on Thursday an SMS about readiness arrived. There would be more such service centers in all government agencies.

The firm is like all our government pizdabola! On December 4, I applied for an ID card, paid for the urgency, that is, 10 days in advance. Now the 29th, the card does not smell ready!
