Do not believe the written comments below, they were written by people inadequate, I am writing from my own experience: I came to ask for a photo to be pasted, said go to the 2nd room, I go to the second room they give me a pen, a deliberately printed statement, just enter your initials, put the date and signature! All about all 3 minutes! A week later, I arrived at the 8th office without a queue. I asked if I could take my passport, said initials, signed and took the passport (2 minutes). I did not see any important persons, everything was quickly and clearly without straining! 5 balls, March 2019!

I absolutely agree with all previous reviews. This is a terrible place. People who have visited here even more strongly want to go somewhere far away from Ukraine. All important muzzles, you are unnecessary to anyone. I was refused acceptance of documents because of the printed receipt from Privat24 with electronic digital printing, there is no wet printing. Although the site reads: "Documents, sho pidtruzhdzhuyut fagot administrativnogo zboru" of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No.152, p.35 Refusal should be made in writing, which was not! Double violation of the law in 2 minutes !!! What can I talk about?

Why is there no information anywhere that the passport office has moved again ?! Why do adults taking time off from work spend time ?! When are you going to update information on Google and on the site ?!
