After her, another woman came out, positively, quickly told what was left to fill out, checked everything, took the application and sent it home with a smile. Despite the conditions in which the employees have to work (no repairs, cool ...) Everything went well. Thanks to the head of the department and employees for the well-organized work.

Organization of work tends to 0. She designed the baby box. Without a coupon, for any other day, not today, your documents will not be taken. And on the day of admission, it turned out that it was first necessary to arrange first payments for the child, and then compensation for baby boxing !!! It's good that I had spare copies of the documents and got everything done right away. People are standing in the street. There are no benches at all.

Perhaps this is not the fault of the employees, but the room is awful, everything is crumbling ... The employees walk around, they may of course work, but one gets the impression that they are not ... You sit and wait for an hour until someone can answer questions. Well, the very system of our state, which allows a family with two small children to live for 860 UAH, and as the employees say, these are all the payments that you are entitled to, you get money, well, somehow you are spinning on them ... In general ... ...

The queue is of course terrible. It is advisable to go in the morning in order to be in time before lunch. But the specialists are competent, they explain everything in an accessible way. I never had any special problems with this office, they said what documents, brought in due time and that's it. The main thing is to listen carefully and write down everything. The premises of the council, like many state institutions, are not very good, shabby walls, extremely poor repairs in the offices.
