We came to register the car, pre-registered in the electronic queue. At the entrance I was met by an employee (a very nice man), he looked at the documents and said to go to the cashier, then immediately to the operator. In 20 minutes the documents were sent to the experts. The examination took about an hour, since the engine number was not visible, and had to be cleaned. The expert said that after 30 minutes we went to the operator, had time to drink coffee, came and were given numbers, handed over the old ones and given us a registration certificate. In general, everything took 2.5 hours, it would be much faster if it was not for the need to clear the engine number. The impressions are pleasant, there is something to compare with. In Nasha Pravda, 3 years in a row, they spent half a day. So my rating is 5.

After I put HBO on my car, the task was to enter it into the registration certificate. Passed certification in the Quality Control Department (not a cheap procedure 🤨), then enrolled in the electronic queue on the official website of the GSC in this MREO. I arrived, and there was a large line of people in front of the entrance. I went in and asked the MREO employee at the entrance what my actions were. He said to pay the receipt at the checkout (there was a live queue at the checkout, stood no more than 15 minutes). After the payment, I immediately went with the documents for HBO, a receipt for payment and a registration certificate to the operators - I didn't have to wait at all. Replaced quickly (no more than 15 minutes). I leave an unambiguously positive review, since the electronic queue works! Time spent on less than an hour, despite the large number of people. I think many people forget to sign up to the electronic queue, hence the problems.

Хорошо что было по пути и я поехал в Сервисный центр в нашей правде. Приехал по вопросу замен водительского удостоверения. Услышал ответ: "всё написано на двери". "Отличное" обслуживание.
