Blue cheese was bought in FOZZY city of Dnipro, back in 2019. I did an independent examination, but the fozzie is freezing. The Consumer Protection Directorate (State Food Service) replied that they came to the store did not find this cheese and left, and so they answered twice why such a state body, and still receives a budget of UAH 5 billion a year. Fozzie freezes on the official letters. The case is being prepared for court. So think where to buy and not buy food. And the most offensive thing is that children love such smoked cheese, it's scary to think what could be. If the results of an independent examination found E. coli in wild volumes. The branch is at the other end of town. In order not to waste time, I wanted to call the hotline in order to clarify the procedure: to give for examination the phone handed to me or wait for the answer of the store representatives. What in the end? After 2 hours of continuous calls they picked up the phone, and when I started to voice my problem, the call was put on hold !!!!!! Repeated calls to the hotline are unsuccessful - all the time is busy. And this is consumer protection ??? This is a mockery of taxpayers. A few years later I had a problem that needed to be solved through the State Food and Consumer Service. Consultation and protection were at a high level. And now what? Change jobs if you are unable to provide qualified help!

A very nice building. Polite staff. They quickly and competently solve documents submitted to the State institution.

We wrote an application for expired products in silpo, but they just came and the state body came, read the book of complaints and suggestions and left. Brilliant! Why such a state structure ????

Do not answer calls at all !! The rooms are not working!
