Today I had to visit the Service Center on Grinchenka 18. Since I am not a frequent visitor, it was difficult for me to understand the whole procedure .. And I was determined to spend 2 days there). It all started with an electronic queue .. during the quarantine period, everyone adheres to the rules and it's nice. Then we were told which table we can go to .. It was table number 7 and we were kindly greeted and clearly, respectfully explained by a specialist (Bogdan). And all my worries took off like a hand. He also followed all the quarantine rules. For which special thanks to him, because the whole work of state structures depends on how employees are treated, which nevertheless, due to difficulties in the system, still try to move to Europe and comply. In general, everything took me as much as 1.5 hours, comparing with the previous experience, I was delighted with the speed. But unfortunately, our government agencies still have something to work on (the queue at the bank took most of the time, and because of the small space, panic is created near the experts. All with the coming. Once again, many thanks to Bogdan (specialist, table 7).

It's bad, it's impossible to sign up for an e-queue, the site gives an error, the phones also don't work. I had to go to the TCC, where I was told that it is impossible to do anything without a queue, and you can only sign up through the site. We have everything as always, show beautiful pictures and works through the same ...

Submitted documents through the driver's electronic cabinet. It is written separately on the site that in this case you do not need to register in the electronic queue. I stand in a queue for 2 hours! No matter how much you reform this sharaga - a soviet polyclinic comes out! P.s. 2.5 hours in line. Special thanks for the "comfortable" cold concrete box, where you have to stand under the doors for several hours

Good design of the branch, but the service "remnants of the Soviet Union." All with a hint of quality service, which is misleading from the very beginning. As a result, there is an electronic queue, but there are no monitors with information about the queue, only the security guard notes on a piece of paper who came, when and where to send it. By the way, the security guard is the only customer-oriented employee with whom I had to contact in the department, for which he has a special THANK YOU! The request was to replace the temporary driver's license. The employee who served me spoke in short phrases, from which I had to think of "what to do?" And "how to do?" Even the call for photography was marked with the phrase "undress" (but in Russian). No feedback on whether I'm sitting straight or holding my head properly ... (In general, the photo on the passport (also in a state institution) appeared in the photo studio after that). As a result, the photo is terrible, dark, poor lighting. I asked to re-shoot a second time, but the result was the same. She received her first certificate at the branch on the street. Pavlo Usenko, 8. The staff there were friendly, the photos were taken well, with good lighting, recommending straightening the shoulders, lifting the chin, etc. On the plus side: I received a certificate, the total time took no more than 30 minutes. It is a pity that the mood was good when I entered the department and left with a bad one.
