I ordered my passport a couple of days ago. The price on the website is 1094 UAH. As a result, UAH 1571 came out. Do you know why? Because the girl (that day) who sat at the reception insolently screwed up some kind of insurance for which she did not explain anything at all. I learned what it is and how it works only through the hotline. The payment was by card. Today I wrote an application for a refund and you need to wait a whole month until the money is returned back. Only because of such employees I give 1 star. I understand that they need to be sold, but the key word is “sell”, and not fasten. Train your employees in sales.

On the site, the price of a foreign exchange is 1094, in fact, it turned out + 71 commission (well, here it is, honestly, on the site it is indicated that 1094 excluding commission) + 400 INSURANCE, which is not indicated on the site. In total, 1565 ... It seems to be fast, but please, SPECIFY the price on the website, taking into account insurance, and not make surprises for the designers. There are no questions to the staff when registering. By the way, after I called back and asked if it was possible to cancel the insurance after registration, I was told yes, I arrived on the same day, took the payment receipt and said, either today or Monday, when there will be cash. So I change to 5 stars)

Received this summer a passport on the street. Ukrainian in the migration service. It is three hundred meters closer to the Dnieper. Skip the queue and problems and three times cheaper. Around December, this passport service opened at 144 Lenin Ave. Why are there reviews and photos from some other place? I see a photo of another place and read reviews for another place. Why do I need them?

Enrolling online in the queue on the site went smoothly. I came 10 minutes before the specified time and there were only two people in the queue to pick up ready-made certificates. The operator checked the availability of documents, explained the time options for issuing passports and payment methods when processing documents. Please note that if the payment is in cash, then in case of change, it goes to replenish the mobile, or just pay by card. The registration process itself took 10 minutes with all the scans, calm photographing and payment at the terminal. All staff are friendly and helpful. SMS to pick up the passport came on the 14th day from the submission of documents for a non-urgent passport.
