Each trip to get a passport told me different information. The first time they said you need to take a certificate from the place of registration. The second trip was said to only need an old passport and the inn (original) for some reason was not accepted electronically. On my third visit, they made a passport with a copy of the Inn and an old passport. Have working people in this migra. the service does not have a clear understanding of what is needed to solve my problems. Laziness is present in everyone, but it is obligatory to think in their field, regardless of the type of activity.

Why would a government agency have a telephone if no one is suitable?

What is the phone for? If nobody approaches him? What is so busy with your business?
