Service is very low. Manager Natalya rarely responds to messages and emails during the working day. And after 17:00 does not answer at all, although the site says that they work until 19:00 I ordered a certificate, the terms of which were indicated as 5 working days. Today is the 8th working day and I was told that it will be received only in the evening. It is clear why they are asking to make a payment in advance, since otherwise the client must demand compensation for failure to complete the work within the specified time. There are always delays, but in this case you can at least write about it and apologize, but not stupidly not answer

A biometric passport came in a month and a half, instead of 9 working days. 5500 UAH to return money, for worthless services, nobody wants. At least half. Fraudsters and deceivers. If you do not want to get paid for money like me, tickets and 5500 have burnt out. Do not contact them. Awful service !!!
