Two weeks ago I applied to the Land Management Company Kozatskiye Zemli LTD for registration of a land plot (dacha) for sale. What struck at once was a pleasant reception, which is very rare in our time. The director of the company, Anna Valerievna Merkulova (learned about this later), a competent and intelligent person who knew her business, accepted the documents. A full package of documents for the transaction was produced in two weeks, although they promised within a month. (They assigned the cadastral number, made an expert assessment). And, by the way, the prices are lower than in other companies, and the quality is much higher! I know, it was necessary! It is a pleasure to work with you! Thank you so much! Recomend for everybody!!! You will not regret!!!

We turned here about a month ago, for the assignment of the cadastral number of the land. I want to say that all the work was carried out quite quickly, without delay. We had no problems, the work of the company pleased us very much, so if the next time we need to do something like this, we will also turn here for help. We will recommend you to friends.

They answer all questions, to the smallest detail, immediately call a list of all necessary documents, orientated by price, by time. The prices are affordable, the staff are polite, there is no feeling that you are superfluous here with your problems, as was the case in one organization with which you dealt a year ago. I myself, in principle, understand the topic, but long ago decided that I value my time too much, it is better to entrust the solution of such problems to professionals than to run around with papers myself. Recommend!

Very competent approach. Both the manager and subordinates answer all questions, to the smallest detail, immediately call a list of all necessary documents, orientated by price, by time. The prices are affordable, the staff are polite, there is no feeling that you are superfluous with your problems, as was the case in one organization with which I dealt half a year ago. I myself understand the topic in principle, but long ago decided that I value my time too much, it is better to entrust the solution of such problems to professionals than to run around with papers myself.
