Recently I turned to the department of the Dolgintsevsky District Pension Fund because I received assistance for burial. I got there just in time for lunch, but not all employees left for lunch at the same time, one woman continued to work and explained to all newly arrived visitors that it was lunch now. They had lunch for 45 minutes, after it was over, my documents were finally accepted, and after about 40 minutes I was given a document to receive this assistance. As for the service, I will say (and in the two hours that I was sitting there in the waiting room, I heard a lot of dialogues) that the service is quite normal, the employees of the pension fund were not rude to anyone and tried to convey to each client the essence of solving his problem. The son came to Makalish a second time, she again assured him that in July he would receive a pension immediately for four months. And turning in June, she shocked us that we lost three months and that she does not remember us and did not say anything like that. The second employee began to lie that they had only recently received an explanatory letter on our account, where it turned out that they had been mistaken in March. And their boss from 118 cabinet said that the law will not be rewritten for us. And that they already had a similar case and that no one will answer !!! I am extremely indignant at such impudence and impunity. The next day, they mocked their son by taking a work book from him, but did not indicate this in the document. The son demanded to note that he handed them the labor, to which he was refused. I had to go to the boss again !!! What is this ???!!!!!! I am terrified !!! You have deceived a child with a severe form of diabetes !!! Aren't you mothers yourself ?? You have no compassion for sick children !!! Shame on you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You deliberately deprived him of his pension for three months !!!
