There are no special complaints about the employees, everything is like everywhere from time to time in terms of paperwork and queues. Nearby there is a small "Broadway" / park where children play, young people walk, elderly people sit. On Kres, this is the only place where you can walk. The toilet is only in the executive committee, where they are not allowed in during quarantine. About two or even three weeks ago, they changed or renewed the tiles and the remnants with a bat, and the whole remains on the aisle for a very long time. Who does not know can go or go and fall. Older children play it every day and carry it in all directions, build houses, etc., the younger ones try to climb mountains of tiles. Very unsafe and nobody takes it away.

The administration decided not to let people in the room, for better social distance, but because of this, all people gather near the entrance. Standing tightly to each other. Time recording does not speed up paperwork. Out of the stated 15 minutes, it took an hour. Very poor organization of work.

We do registration. Very long, very. Rudeness, limited and quite disgraceful behavior - that's how I can describe the room. And frankly rude to us and sitting next to a woman (another "specialist"). I have never seen a more unprofessional behavior in administrative staff. It's just awful and disgusting.

I made a registration, an extract - quickly. Very competent girls work. Everyone will tell. Pay service at the self-service terminal that on the floor near the exit, but it often does not work, does not issue checks. Queues are, but quickly take.
