So the man who took the turn at 8 o’clock in the morning, having handed in one of his first documents to recalculate the pension at 10 am in this window, received an answer at 12:30: “The recalculation is not scheduled, come in 2021.” For this answer, the “specialist” needed 2.5 hours ?! A woman came to hand over documents for calculating a pension. Of all the necessary documents, she lacked a death certificate for her husband. The woman’s daughter said she would take her in half an hour. To no purpose. Documents were not accepted. The workers did not even offer to take the coupon the next time, so that they could hand over documents without waiting in line. Well, other people suggested. There are no censorship words.

Maybe I'm lucky, I quickly received all the inquiries. - The new electronic queue is certainly awful, if you can stick to it all day and not get into the office you need.
