Good day, I made a working visa to the Czech Republic, they pushed services that I do not need, by the way, no one sent an SMS about readiness for which I don’t know 50 UAH ... well, okay, let's forgive. Now the Polish work visa, the documents were sent by new mail. My friend received a ready visa in 6-8 days. They called me a week later and said that the photo did not fit, the third friend was called after 4 days and exactly the same ... now it's the 26th day as my documents collect dust there and can't get to the consulate, but it's like 5 -7 days. Customer support wait from 25 to 50 minutes, the answer is always the same "we are, we are not, wait" Thank you for your attention. The average rating is 2.2, which is even high. And yes, clowns near the metro with business cards shove them right in the face is not pleasant. P.S. There are no changes, I submitted documents on January 21, now outside the window on February 22 ...

Hello, I applied here for the second time: The service is rather weak, the team is very young, some managers show a superficial attitude to work. As for the filing itself, be sure that your photo will not fit for documents, I give "80%" =) I provided my last one made by them and it still did not fit, since the photo booth is in the miracle center, for this there is and it's worth it, but taking a photo is still that quest =) The questionnaire is also a classic, for 100 UAH. will find a reason to rewrite it, "do the cash register over, by analogy with the photo" =) Security control at the entrance, as if it were an institution of increased danger, I did not see this even in Banks) In general, the idea is not bad, the implementation is lame, there is a feeling that they want to make the most of us.

Excellent service. Everything was done quickly, without huge queues. The work is organized perfectly) It would be ideal if there was an Ideabank branch in the same building) The staff knows the job, is polite, explains in an accessible way. Galimaya sharaga. On the phone they said one date of recording, but in fact it turned out to be after 1.5 months. Upon delivery, they bred for money. Be careful! They enter paid services and do not notify about it.

Начальство визового центра просто охуевшие твари,не побоюсь этого слова именно охуевшие. Прошлые разы оформление документов было терпимое,но в этом году просто трэш!! Доставка документов на почту 200гр и за смс оповещение 60!!! Это откуда цифры такие блеать??? На окне сказали лучше оформить так иначе долго ждать и прочая ересь! Тарифы для лохов!!!
