Excellent overall, but there is still room to improve the service. That's another quest. I entered HBO in the data sheet. Arrived on Monday, it turns out to be an unacceptable day, I thought at least to find out how to sign up for the queue. Sent to the site. The electronic queue on the site does not work. The support team is not responding. The information center gave a phone number for the appointment, but it is impossible to get through it. I arrived on Tuesday to make my way to the live queue. On the first floor, I learned that there is a table with two more phones on a piece of paper for writing. The first does not answer, the second - lo and behold, they answered the phone. Politely recorded on Wednesday at 9. Arrived on Wednesday at 9, went up in a crowd to the 2nd floor. There are enough people, all the experienced windows were the first to work out. The last three windows were free, I contacted, they said they would call you. Do not call. I saw that the electronic scoreboard was not working. I realized that I needed to change tactics. Moved to the live queue at the first windows. In the last windows, then they began to receive, perhaps those who agreed through other channels. It seemed to me that about half of the people were off the record. One was not found in the record and was sent. But still, if there is a record, you can wait for a live queue in the first windows. Fortunately, my turn came. I was caught by a polite, very smart employee who quickly completed everything. Copies of documents are made free of charge. At the cash register next to a polite aunt, I quickly paid 400 with a kopeck hryvnia, brought the receipt back into the same window where I issued it, I had to wait a bit. They quickly printed out and brought a new registration certificate. In my case, I didn't have to go to the inspection. By 10:00, only an hour had passed, and was already with a new registration certificate. It exceeded all expectations. The intermediaries initially called the amount 3000. As it turns out, everything can be arranged by yourself. The staff are good, the service is excellent, but the old corruption machine still reminds of itself.

It is a pity that you cannot give 0 stars. As always, the middle was changed, but the people who "work" are not there, unfortunately. There is an individual Oleinikova Natalya Alexandrovna there, I don't even know for what merits she was taken there to work there. She took laziness at birth. She cannot even, although perhaps she does not know how to work with the database, does not know that there is old and new, how to check whether there is a car on arrest or not. And stupidly sends the person away by phone. geographically, we are not in Kharkov, and they called to find out whether the car was arrested or not, since the neighboring service center never picks up the phone (there is probably the same administrator). So she works as an administrator and COULD not turn on her brain, unlike the guy who was polite, smart, and instantly provided me with all the information. Unfortunately, I don't know his name. After the car was removed from arrest (when you received the document in the correctional service), check it must be removed at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In our case, 8 years ago, the service center forgot to do this, and thought of nothing clever how to say: oh, and the person quit and forgot to pick you up from the base. But when we hired a lawyer, the issue was resolved instantly.

Signing up to the E-queue is a real quest !!!! The record for the new day is updated by the system at 12 at night. Then you can catch the right day and time for you. But! The reception time disappears quickly. Sign up for 2 weeks in advance. The bottom system is complete!

They introduced electronic queues and processes, but this did not help to solve the issues of the same queues, shipments by windows and the mess and crowds in the era of a pandemic. At the box office, everyone knows each other by name, dozens of runners who just ask, and so on ... I hope that someday we will overcome all this ...

I will only say about the permitting (1st building, 3rd floor). Lieutenant Colonel Є.V. Berezhny is an excellent, adequate inspector. Really determined to help citizens, and not just time to sit out comes.
