We were pleasantly surprised by this center, at the entrance the girl at the reception told where to go, checked the prepared documents and immediately warned about the deadlines for preparing the document. In the hall itself, there is a girl who orders to pay and coordinate pensioners where to go, in other words, does everything to reduce the waiting time for other fans. The document was ready on time, but the promised SMS did not arrive, I slept for several days and received a call with an invitation to pick up the document.

Terrible service in Dnipro. The attitude is simply boorish. We wanted to apply for a passport. Before that, there were no passports, IDP certificate, additional identity documents were provided. The girl at the reception refused to accept them, arguing the refusal with a piece of paper, printed on a printer, in which the organization and the migration service "RECOMMEND" to provide more documents confirming our identity. References to the Law, etc. no. Just a recommendation. As a result, at least 5 additional documents were demanded from us. Otherwise, according to the words of this specialist, the migration department will refuse to issue a foreign passport. Calling the center's hotline was even more disappointing. On specific questions: on the basis of what Law and from what time such information is required, the operator could not give an intelligible answer. When asked where else you can go or write a complaint, we were not quite politely "sent" to the migration service. Result 0. Why the center was created, which charges 400 UAH for its "services", is not clear. Certainly not to facilitate the filing of documents.

It's just a bomb! I went without an electronic queue on a weekday in the evening, half an hour later :) the staff was friendly, smiling, working instantly :))))) thousands of pluses to you :) I ordered an urgent passport, arrived nine calendar days :) nine, Karl! I just have something to compare, first I did the card in the cathedral district) my feet will never be there again :)
