The squares became clean. But in such places as the Valley of Roses and the square behind the Regional Executive Committee, there are not enough trees and flowering bushes. I would like there to be the same dwarf birches, decorative as in front of the regional executive committee. Blooming pieces, like a bride, yellow ones ... from our childhood.

They seem to be trying to keep the parks in good condition, BUT! They began to paint benches and swings in the children's park this year, the paint seems to have been of the worst quality, it has not dried up within a WEEK, it stains hands and clothes. Who is preventing the use of modern quick-drying materials?
