After an appropriate, competent verification of my identity and information, they gave me a passport, which was lost 15 years ago. 15 years old, I unsuccessfully kissed the doors of officials and listened to only mockery and refusals ... Therefore, I suggest that all representatives of state bodies take an example from the team of this organization!

The service is just awful, the employees are rude to people, annoyed, scandalous with everyone, they can't do their job normally. I wanted to clarify one question, so they opened their mouths at me, with such shouts, it's good that my husband was there, tried to put them in their place, so they burst into full blown, you can't say a word. There is no problem, or change somewhere, or leave, nobody cares, although there is almost nothing nearby where you could change money. We were terrified of what was happening !! That time, one of the workers got confused and forgot to call her husband, then she says ... all your time has passed, take the coupon again, and come back later ... she screamed madly, breaking her voice .. then she came to her senses, she confused the time !! Come on in, "she says, even if she apologized, her cant, you generally want to pull your nerves, then you go there !!! At the issuance of passports, a generally insane young lady (black hair) is sitting, she would have been treated, otherwise she yells and swears with everyone like a madman !!
