For four days, water flows through the batteries, as if I live by a waterfall. It is impossible to stay in the room, especially to sleep. For three days, no one has fixed the problem. They are fed with empty promises. Nobody wants to work. Just a useless sharashkin office.

There is no light from 10 in the morning. At 19, I again called the control room. Answer: There is no electrician in the ZHEK today (Monday; probably departing from the weekend, probably), so the ZHEK has applied for an emergency brigade and dumped home. The accident with 18 works, wait, someday it will arrive. It was impossible to get hot water for months in winter ... Who knows what to do with this ZHEK, not just to tryndet here, but with the effect? Where to write, call?
