Perhaps one of the poorest places in Kiev. My story came to paste a photo into my passport since I am 25, I have a Crimean residence permit, I took a standard set of documents (passport, IK, extract) to which I was told that I needed more identity documents 😳me listed (certificate, diploma, foreign passport, birth certificate) seriously in order to paste a photo into my passport I need all this !!! ???? Well, well, I took all these documents and returned, to which another woman told me that I had an extract from another area !! And they won't stick my photo here! (What nonsense, what difference does it make in which district of Kiev I live? And why did they initially tell me that all these documents were needed if they were not going to paste my photos !!!! A great desire to complain about you !!! !! But who will hear 😡

Well, of course, you should not expect something normal from government agencies. Arrived 10 minutes before closing to receive documents, and all are already collected and the system is turned off.
