Soviet-style office where it's very difficult to figure out where to go and if you manage to get through the awfully long queue you are treated rude. But the way their parent organization DMSU is treating phone calls is even more outrageous, even when someone answers no chance to figure out the office where to go and hours of occupancy (I'm writing this as native Ukrainian) ;(

Perhaps one of the poorest places in Kiev. My story came to paste a photo into my passport since I am 25, I have a Crimean residence permit, I took a standard set of documents (passport, IK, extract) to which I was told that I needed more identity documents 😳me listed (certificate, diploma, foreign passport, birth certificate) seriously in order to paste a photo into my passport I need all this !!! ???? Well, well, I took all these documents and returned, to which another woman told me that I had an extract from another area !! And they won't stick my photo here! (What nonsense, what difference does it make in which district of Kiev I live? And why did they initially tell me that all these documents were needed if they were not going to paste my photos !!!! A great desire to complain about you !!! !! But who will hear 😡

Well, of course, you should not expect something normal from government agencies. Arrived 10 minutes before closing to receive documents, and all are already collected and the system is turned off.

Everything was done quickly. The staff were polite - they suggested and helped. Yes, the premises are old - but that doesn't matter. 15 minutes - the application for documents is completed and everyone is happy
