I agree with Yuri. I changed my passport and paid for urgent processing in 10 working days. It's been 14 working days, but the passport is still not ready. Customers need to be warned in advance about such delays !!! After all, they have their own plans for this passport.

Conveniently, you can make an appointment through the website and choose a convenient appointment time. They call back and ask if you will be at the specified time. Reception is carried out very quickly (if you have all the documents) and you can get a finished document before the specified 10 days. Friendly and helpful staff.
