I needed to make a photocopier of a certificate that was given to me right there in this center, there was no paper in the copier at all, when asked to give me paper for a copier, the girl at the reception sent me off in a very rude manner. Explain what is happening !!

We did a great job and, most importantly, it is convenient! But there is a small BUT and this is a terrible bureaucracy! To get one certificate, you need to bring a ton of others, and the question arises: is it not easier in the new system to take and simplify obtaining certificates?

I am very pleased with visiting the center every time. Services are free, everything is nice, clean, perfect toilets, a lovely cafe on the second floor. Each procedure takes an average of 15 minutes. Everything is done for people!
