During quarantine, documents for benefits are accepted in electronic form. This makes life a lot easier. And the validity of the Kiyanin Card is also extended by themselves, you do not need to go as before to activate it in the metro. So quarantine had a very positive effect on our bureaucracy.))) If information about this was also posted on the Shevchenko RDA website, it would be absolutely wonderful.

Incompetent, unfriendly. Everything is not here, but on Victory, 5. However, the Victory Subsidy Department, 15. Communications 0, benevolence 0, competence is unclear. People are not communicative at all. Go to the boss one phrase. The subsidy department is a horror. Smoke every 20 minutes for 15 minutes. The auditors are here and now.
