Be attentive, read the law. The head of this registry office requires employees to actively impose payment for any "consulting services", which are not required by law, since you are already obliged to provide assistance in filling out documents for free. But corruption is rampant there. Everyone is shoved to pay for receipts, saying that it must be paid without informing that there are obligatory services, but there are those that they provide only if the client wishes, as additional ones. And this applies to any issues resolved by this structure. From death certificates to marriage. I dealt with them more than once - they constantly poked at the payment of a receipt for unnecessary services. It's easy to check - just go to another registry office, and they do the same, but they won't give you these receipts. And after reading the law - there are also lists of mandatory and additional services that are provided by the registry office. There are no questions for ordinary employees, they are doing their job, but those who came up with the "scheme" would be nice to send to jail!

Many thanks to the employees of the institution for their work. Yes, unfortunately, we had to wait 2 hours, but the humanity of the workers and their desire to help people completely erase the negativity from the expectation. They came out completely satisfied.
